A dedicated father found a way to prepare a special gift for his child’s birthday.

Jacqueline met a loving father whose job is on construction, having meager income to suffice daily needs.

Upon noticing that the man is uneasy about the price of their lechon manok and that he really wanted it for a very special occasion, she decided to do an act of kindness. The father receives 2 free lechon manok for child’s birthday.

Construction Worker Wants to Treat His Birthday Celebrant Child

In a viral Facebook post by Jacqueline Quibuyen, she shared the story of a hardworking construction worker who wanted to treat his child to a lechon manok for their birthday celebration.

While waiting for customers at the store, the father approached and inquired about the price of the lechon manok.

Upon learning the price, he politely asked for a discount, explaining that his funds were insufficient.

“Kanina while we are waiting ng customer sa store, may construction worker na nagtanong kung magkano lechon manok namin, then I said 270 po tapos ang sabi niya wala na po bang bawas birthday po kasi ng anak ko nag-request kasi siya kaya yan nalang sana ihahanda namin kaya lang halos isang araw ko na sa trabaho ko yung presyo,” Quibuyen said.

Good Samaritan Provides 2 Free Lechon Manok to Construction Worker

The father also shared with Quibuyen that he only earns P450 a day as a construction worker.

Upon learning about his situation, Quibuyen didn’t hesitate and promptly gave him two lechon manok.

She also mentioned that the father offered P270, but Quibuyen’s intention was to give it to him for free.

“Then I asked him, magkano po ba sahod niyo sir? 450 lang kasi isang araw ko sa pag lelabor sa construction. Ah ganon po ba ang sabi ko naman. Tinanong ko kung ilan? Ang sagot niya (kahit isa lang po) dali-daling sinupot ko yung dalawang manok sabay abot sa kaniya tapos tinanong ko kung puwede ko ba siyang picturan.

“Tapos sabay abot niya ng bayad na worth 270 pesos sabi ko hayaan niyo na po tay wag niyo napong bayaran parang ang laking tuwa sa kaniya nung narinig niya yung sinabi ko,” she added.
